Before the trip

- Keep paperwork and vet contacts easy to reach if relevant
- Reduce surprises where possible
After arrival
Important: set up the bird’s main resting area quickly and keep the first day as calm and predictable as possible.
The faster the bird regains a recognizable routine, the better most moves go.
